En segundo lugar, superada la fase de rehabilitación inicial y mejora básica de los síntomas de impotencia funcional y dolor gracias a la labor de todos los profesionales implicados, se pasa a la fase de mejora física específica que supone preparar a la espalda junto con todo el cuerpo a poder asumir una vida activa e incluso deportiva más que suficiente a nivel de capacidad y sin afectarles, o lo mínimo posible, los episodios de dolor o baja laboral, siendo esta fase del programa de Espalda Sana una constante indefinida que se podrá y deberá ir complementando con otras disciplinas físicas y deportivas.
