ENHORABUENA a todos los participantes en la reciente Kedada del pasado viernes día 14 de Agosto (MANEL, VICENTE, ALEJANDRO, CLAUDIO Y NOE), quienes en los albores de un precioso día de verano de «verdad», fuimos capaces de establecer un NUEVO RECORD de distancia colectiva en una Kedada NTS de todas las realizadas hasta el momento, nada más y nada menos que 5 x 10 km (50 km) en una hora completa de carrera realizada por todos.
SALIDA desde el inicio del Paseo de Caranza, junto al Conservatorio, inicialmente planteamos un comienzo tranquilo en grupo, tratando de dar confianza a varios de los componetes que se disponían a «asaltar» una nueva distancia para ellos personalmente pues nunca la habían realizado, necesitando así de un apoyo especial principalmente psicológico para ganar en confianza y relacionar las sensaciones físicas con las mentales y todas ellas en función de las distancias conseguidas parcialmente, pues íbamos realizando un control del ritmo en cada kilómetro del recorrido y ajustando sensaciones y necesidades individuales y grupales.
Llegados al Puente de As Pias en la ida, alguno dudaba de sus capacidades pero el increible paisaje matutino, el esfuerzo de los «novatos» en la distancia y el constante apoyo del grupo, hizo que todos llegáramos juntos al ECUADOR de la distancia situado en la Rotonda de Astano, junto al Polideportivo de San Valentín. Sería esa cuesta inicial de la vuelta la que definiría los ritmos y «puestos» en el pelotón para la vuelta, debiendo cada uno pasar a su dosificaje personal en As Pias, pues de lo contrario varios podrían correr el riesgo de tener que abandonar la prueba por un exceso de ritmo o desgaste excesivo.
Fue así como en la VUELTA tras el Puente y la cuesta ligera pero prolongada de la Gasolinera de As Pias, serían los toboganes del Paseo de Caranza los responsables de dar los últimos «regalitos» a las piernas y pulmones de todos los participantes, quienes en un estrecho margen de dos minutos, llegamos cansados pero motivadísimos al final del paseo y punto FINAL de la distancia de los 10 kilómetros.
Durante los estiramientos finales juntos pudimos observar y comentar la enorme satisfacción de todos, inmortalizando el momento en unas fotos gracias a la amabilidad de otro corredor ajeno a la kedada, que por su expresión hubiera deseado haber realizado su sesión de entrenamiento con nuestro grupo, ya que irradiábamos felicidad y se le percibía una «sana envidia» de partipar de ella.
Grandísimo logro que marca un antes y un despues en la trayectoria personal de varios de los componetes del grupo, especialmente ALEJANDRO Y CLAUDIO quienes completaron por primera vez la distancia en un tiempo total de 1 h (6 min/km) y 1h 1 min (6’10»/km), respectivamente, algo que sin lugar a duda refleja su buen hacer de semanas y meses de entrenamiento habitual (tanto en el Studio como fuera de él corriendo asiduamente), además de sacar a la luz el principio de su enorme potencialidad escondida que ambos disponen pero que hasta el momento no habían sido capaces de descubrir por sí solos y gracias a todos pero sobretodo a su esfuerzo, lo han logrado sufrida pero muy favorablemente.
Asimismo hay que destacar el caso de VICENTE, quien después de unos años sin disputar carreras populares ni entrenamientos de carrera largos debido a lesión, realizó los 10 km con un femenal ritmo constante de unos 5:30 min/km de media aprox. Como el mismo afirmaba al finalizar hacía más de una año que no era capaz de realizar esta distancia, demostrando este gran tercer logro del día, que su lesión está bastante controlada gracias también al igual que los anteriores a sus entrenamientos constantes de recuperación en el Studio, como también a los asiduos entrenamientos de carrera propios realizados, especialmente en estos últimos 3-4 meses , confirmándose así su clara mejoría no sólo física sino también mental y motivacional y que no debe dudar en plantearse nuevos retos y objetivos.
Por último un servidor y Manel disfrutamos tanto o más que los anteriores pudiendo ser directos espectadores y «ayudantes» de dichos logros, realizando un tranquilo rodaje de una hora que a ambos nos vino muy bien para oxigenar las piernas y la cabeza, además de servir como un entrenamiento más para futuros eventos que esperamos poder asistir con los anteriores particiantes y algunos otros que por motivos diferentes no pudieron asistir a esta kedada, así como algún reto personal que posiblemente se confirme en las proximas semanas.
Esperamos veros a todos en la próxima Kedada el viernes 28 de Agosto, que en principio está prevista para la 20:30, aunque dependerá de que los participantes de la misma acuerden realizarlo en ese horario o bien en el realizado en esta última kedada de las 8:00 ya que a todos nos gustó mucho la sensación de correr a esa hora, además de trastocar poco los planes familiares que todos podemos tener un viernes por la tarde, lo hablaremos y decidiremos unos días antes de la misma.
Hasta entonces, FELICIDADES A LOS PARTICIPANTES y esèramos ver a varios ausens y esperamos algún novato más. Ánimo para seguir entrenando con constancia y esto no es más que la confirmación que las cosas se van haciendo bien, además estoy convencido que vamos a ser capaces de consolidar un grupo humano que compartan esfuerzos y parte de su tiempo en beneficio de todos y de cada uno de nosotros, sintiéndome muy orgulloso de ello por la parte que me toca, y esperando poder conseguir más participación, records, eventos y amistades que superan lo meramente profesional, que me hacen crecer a mí como entrenador y sobretodo como persona a mí y a todos vosotros.
