Este viernes, saldrían Alejandro, Claudio y Vicente solos pues estra kedada se improvisaría a últimas horas del día anterior ante la posibilidad de coincidir varios habituales para correr juntos, pues un servidor viajaría a Madrid en maratón de coche de ida y vuelta en el día, con lo que me sería imposible acudir por lo que no convocáramos una kedada oficial, sin dar tiempo a avisar a Manel ni Fran.

En esta ocasión Alejendro se reencontraría con los 10 km tras su parón forzado por su lesión de espalda con muy buenas sensaciones, al igual que Vicente y Claudio que corroborarían su buena progresión en las últimas semanas.
