Gracias a la amabilidad de otra corredora a la que «hicimos pararse para descansar» y quitarnos la foto de rigor tras la carrera, repitiendo en símbolo pero sólo dánole la vuelta para hacer ver que era el segundo.

Sería este el segundo viernes que asaltaríamos la distancia de los 10 km en el Paseo de Caranza, despues de las muy buenas sensaciones que nos quedaron a todos de hace quince días, tanto por el circuito como por la hora que todos llevamos muy bien, aunque a priori parecía desventajosa.

En esta ocasión, pese a que los dos «novatos» coincidieron sin saberlo mutuemente, en sus multiples dudas en los días anteriores en cuento a la capacidad de repetir la hazaña, ambos con ligeras molestias e incomidades físicas, hacian dudar de poder realizar todo el circuito con el resto del grupo, aunque la realidad nos demostraría que se llevería y mucho mejor de lo que todos contábamos.

Los ritmos fueron similares a los de la kedada anterior, quizás rebajando en no mucho más de un minuto alguno de los participantes, es decir tardando todos en recorrer la distancia entorno a los 59-60 min.

Enhorabuena a todos y esto pinta muy bien, cada vez se está más motivado, las distancias parecen más cortas y las cuestas menos pendientes, vamos por buen camino, a seguir así.
