En esta tarde de viernes, improvisamos una kedada que a pesar de los tardíos avisos a varios de los habituales runners del studio, la premura del aviso redujo la asistencia se redujo a Claudio, Angel y un servidor.
Salimos del Studio a eso de las 22h, Claudio recién llegado expresamente para la kedada, venciendo tentaciones ociosas de viernes nocturno, Angel tras su interesante y doble sesión en el studio, con lo cual realizando su primer «triplete» completo que creo no tiene precedentes en kedadas anteriores por ningún otro, y un servidor con ansias de soltar tensiones de final de una de estas semanas de final de temporada especialmente estresantes por diferentes motivos que saldrían a cuento en mis continuos discursos filosófico-transcendetales con los que amenicé a mis dos acompañantes de kedada, que espero no aburriera sino alentara y lograra transmitir parte de una visión positiva y vital proia que en otro momento quizás comparta con todos.
Partimos en dirección a Canido caminando la cuesta desde el Studio e iniciando la carrera en lo alto y comenzando ahi a cronometrar la misma, llegaríamos al Paseo de A Malata en dirección al CIS, en donde por unanimidad continuamos por la cuesta de final del Paseo llegando a la Graña, «hasta la conocida por todos depuradora de la ría», los asistentes conocen la anécdota graciosa de este comentario, y allí volvimos hasta el Paseo y tras él en dirección al muelle, pasando por la nueva Pasarela tras la cual nos comenzamos a separar hacia le minuto 40 de carrera hasta llegar al Studio.
Finalmente, tras una aparente pérdida de algún componente, y alguna que otra parada por alguna molestia física, crono final de 1h 5′ para todos en unos 10 km aproximados de distancia recorrida, sorprendente resultado para Claudio que desde hacía meses no corría tanto tieempo, y estreno de Angel que no había pasado nunca de 30 min de carrera, por ello gran éxito para ambos y yo mismo que disfruté de lo lindo de la compañía de ambos y sobretodo de ambas superaciones personales.
Foto final en el Studio, de baja calidad pero prueba del «delito» a pesar de hacerla frente al espejo, ahi marcamos la primera kedada, y a la vez 1 hora de carrera, que se dice pronto pero para aquellos que nunca hicieron esta duración corriendo o hacía muchos meses que no lo hacían, supone un gran logro conseguido. FELICIDADES CAMPEONES.
Depuradora? en la Graña??? … No tenía ni idea. Jajajajaja
