En esta noche de jueves, eran las 22:30 cuando tran la última sesión del Studio, irían apareciendo en el mismo los asistentes a esta segunda kedada, en primer lugar una debutante y nerviosa Consuelo, habitual del Studio y runner popular en diferentes carreras de Galicia, a continuación unos puntuales y motivados Claudio y Vicente, una algo tardía aparición de Fran se completaría finalmente con la incorporación a este pelotón la presencia de Kiko y un servidor tras cambiarnos y ponernos a punto para la salida oficial.
Importante reseñar las numerables bajas de muchos corredores previstos, de los que sólo mencionaremos a continuación sus iniciales para que se den por aludidos y se animen para la próxima, pero sin delatarles por completo, ellos son: Man, Alb, Lin, Jor, y esperamos nos acompañen también otros/as: Mon.g, Mar.v, El, Bel.m, Ana.c, Jos.m, Alj, Ana.g, y otros que se sentirán aludidos y deseamos se unan en próximas ediciones.
Salimos ya corriendo cuesta arriba hacia Canido y tras el Paseo de A Malata, subimos al CIS y hasta el final del Paseo de A Graña, volviendo hasta el Paseo donde algunos valientes s lanzamos un «poco» en ese primer kilómetro del Paseo, marcando un ritmo de 4 min incluso algo menos, volviendo a continuación al pelotón de cola para continuar la vuelta suave por la pasarela y el mulle en dierección al Studio, cuando por el muelle a petición de uno de los valientes que querían ir algo más ligeros de vez en cuando, volvieron a realizar otro km a ritmo alto, esta vez alguno a algo más de ritmo de inicio a final con un sorprendente 3’30», y los otros dos on un 4’20» donde el paso de los kms ya se hacía patente.
Sería en esta parte final donde el grupo se partiría en dos, tras mantener a Vicente y Consuelo en cabeza con un ritmo sorprendentemente estable y en aumente hasta el final, serían seuidos de Kiko y Fran en la llegada al Studio, mientras que Claudio y un servidos llegaríamos unos minutos después, con un crono final de unos 57 min, lo que significa haber realizado los 10 km del recorrido bastantes minutos más rápidos que en la ocasión anterior.
Foto final de los asistentes (sorprendente altura de «Mesi»), a excepción de Consuelo que se había marchado algo antes y a la que hemos añadido en una foto tomada el día posterior apra que figurase como participante oficial de esta segunda kekada.
Por último mencionar un pequeño gran acotecimiento posterior a esta segunda kedada, que en un ademán de fortaleza y sobredosis de motivación, nuestro Kiko realizó con muy buenas maneras la siguiente acrobacia por muchos deseada de llegar a realizar en alguna ocasión, ahi va la prueba del delito:

tb me resulta a mi sospechosa tu carrera de 1h, ya que siempre te intentas escaquear de correr y supuestamente solo lo haces por el paseo de Coruña.
Se percibe un poco de tensión, tranquilos que cada uno tiene lo suyo, como Benito y compaía la serie aquella de Antena 3.
Creo que ambos le podéis dar un poco más, no está mal como estáis pero ´bien sabéis que podéis y de´béis estar mejor, pero ojo me incluyo en el saco, a pesar de las locuras repentinas de derroche de energía como publicaré en el próximo post de la siguiente kedada.
