Este completo mes de actividades complementarias a las habituales del Studio, se caracteriza ya no sólo por las kedadas habituales, en este caso algo escasas de participantes por diferentes circunstancias de coincidencias horarias, así como del comienzo de los no poco mencionados circuitos TAC (“Total Athletic Coditioning”) en los que intentamos dar una visión de un tipo de trabajo interválico de media-alta intensidad en el que además de ejercicios de fuerza-resistencia, incluimos ejercicios de oposición, juegos, movimientos funcionales e incluso ejercicios técnicos de combate (kárate) tanto con música como sin ella, así como de forma individual, en grupo y contra el saco.
1.- Curso “Planeta Body Mind Madrid 2011”
Durante este primer fin de semana de Abril, Noé y Kiko acudirían a una de sus citas habituales de formación internacional, en este caso a Madrid y más concretamente al Complejo Deportivo “La Finca”, magníficas instalaciones municipales en las que no sólo sus dimensiones sino que sus acabados, materiales y diseño destacan por su gran calidad y espectacularidad. En la siguiente foto tomada desde el exterior es la única de las instalaciones, ya que en su interior tendríamos a penas tiempos intermedios para sacar la cámara, más que hacer las sesiones programadas, ir al servicio y cambiar de una sala a otra.
El viernes día 1, saldríamos a las 4:00 de la madrugada en coche hacia Madrid, cual valientes gallegos en pleno viaje nocturno, para llegar a las instalaciones hacia las 10:00 en las que estaba prevista el comienzo de la jornada, en este caso una charla de tipo teórico de 3h de duración a cargo de dos especialistas nacionales en el entrenamiento y la gestión deportiva, Daniel González y Domingo Sánchez, muy interesantes muchos de los detalles aportados en cuanto a la dirección que está tomando ya no sólo el tipo de gestión en las instalaciones y centros deportivos y del wellness en cuanto a un trato más cercano y humano con la gente, sino sobretodo en cuanto al cambio de rumbo que en EEUU ya se está produciendo y aquí está comenzando en cuanto a un concepto más amplio, global y funcional de entender los servicios ofrecidos en cuanto a que la gente se lo pase bien (aspecto lúdico) y que realice ejercicios que le puedan ser útiles en su vida diaria o deportiva (aspecto funcional), ambos de vital importancia y que hasta ahora en los “gimnasios “ se tenían muy abandonados y cada vez cobran mayor fuerza.
Ese viernes por la tarde, mientras Kiko asistió a una clase magistral de Fitball de una eminencia en el mismo como es el italiano Enrico Cerón, Noé asistiría a una sesión del americano Brent Klitka, entrenador de atletas olímpicos y de alto nivel y también con una escuela de 300 niños de entre los 6 y los 16 años, precisamente la sesión de 4 h versaría sobre el entrenamiento con niños y adolescentes, “abriendo los ojos” totalmente acerca del modo y progresiones de ejercicio físico adecuado a cada edad y sobretodo a una concepción abierta, muy ligada a la Educación Física y en la que se busca enriquecer a los niños motrizmente y combatir su habitual sedentarismo pero o desde una perspectiva de rendimiento deportivo sino como formación, “metiendo literalmente el gusanillo” de llevar a la la práctica en próximos cursos actividades para jóvenes en nuestro Studio pues se entendió perfectamente la enorme influencia positiva de empezar a moverse de forma completa, divertida y en grupo desde niños para tener una mejor vida adulta y tener más recursos motrices para hacer ejercicio o actividades deportivas habitualmente como fuente principal de una vida activa y saludable ya no sólo físicamente, sino psicológica y emocionalmente.
Sábado día 2, de 8:00 a 20:00, con apenas 1h de descanso para comer, cada 90 min una sesión teórico práctica o práctica, con 10 min escasos de cambio de sala para ir al servicio o ya directamente cambiar de sesión, ambos participarían y disfrutarían de 9 sesiones temáticas de alta calidad todas ellas en cuanto a utilización de materiales, lesiones, trabajos en circuitos, entrenamiento funcional, y otros muchos temas. Finalizando el sábado agotados pero muy satisfechos de la jornada más completa del fin de semana.
El Domingo día 3, último ya del curso, tendríamos 5 sesiones de entre las 8:30 y las 16:30, en las que de nuevo trabajaríamos con varis de los mejores especialistas mundiales de la materia, sufriendo físicamente en algún momento, pero principalmente disfrutando y aprendiendo mucho que era de lo que se trataba.
