HISTORIA: Evolución de N a NTS&C
Este sueño que poco a poco se va haciendo realidad y haciéndose de mayores dimensiones, se supera ahora con esta Web y la creación de esa comunidad NTS&C virtual, que aumenta, complementa y llega todavía a más personas, aumentando así la Comunidad Real y grupos de entrenamiento de nuestro Studio.
En él cada vez contamos con más personas que confían en nosotros, asumiendo cada caso como un nuevo reto de ayuda, superación y adaptación para conseguir unos objetivos que se convierten en mutuos, empeñándonos al máximo en ayudar a cada persona todo lo posible y así poder ofrecer en cada caso la combinación de nuestros servicios y sus diferentes características en idóneas para llegar o al menos encaminarnos a los objetivos deseados.
Tratamos continuamente de innovar e introducir actividades complementarias para seguir generando una comunidad unida por un interés común como es la mejora de la salud y el estado de bienestar individual y colectivo, dentro de un grupo de personas de confianza, ayudas mutuas, esfuerzo, confidencias, risas, penas y amistad en muchos casos, en definitiva compartir parte de nuestro tiempo vital en pro de una buena causa, nuestra Salud Integral.
Todo este proyecto hecho ahora realidad evoluciona desde Noé como persona individual (“N”), continúa con Noé como Entrenador Personal (Noe Trainers o “NT”), avanza con la creación y consolidación del Studio como centro de entrenamiento personal (Noe Trainers Studio o “NTS”), y finalmente con esta Web y las actividades que se están llevando a cabo se pretende afianzar, aumentar generar una gran comunidad con NTS como nexo de unión, pasando a ser el concepto global de “NTS&C” , siendo esta C final la sigla de la Comunidad como un macrogrupo que gracias a Internet puede compartir experiencias y opiniones en todo momento desde cualquier lugar y con posible participación de personas de todo el mundo.
A continuación damos un repaso a estas 4 fases, mencionando algunas de los momentos y características principales de cada una, con el fin de que todos conozcan dicho proceso y también como reflexión personal del mismo llevado a memoria escrita, por lo que me disculpo de antemano si alguna parte se hace tediosa o muy densa, pero esta parte virtual se convierte desde ahora en “pizarra en blanco” para volcar muchos pensamientos, experiencias, sentimientos, recuerdos y proyectos que rondan por mi cabeza y por fin he logrado el lugar de irlos plasmando, para gusto o disgusto de unos u otros, pero en definitiva para poder tener un lugar de reflexión común, de mi actividad y por ello también la de mucha gente sobre la que me doy cuenta que influyo todos los días, y a la que espero seguir ayudando muchísimo tiempo, ya que esta propia labor me realiza no sólo profesionalmente sino sobretodo como persona.

Nota: Fecha a fijar en breve que dependerá de los ratos libres que suelen ser muy pocos aunque trataré de que sea lo antes posible, a lo largo de estas semanas, por el ritmo de trabajo y las ocupaciones familiares que llenan casi por completo mi disponibilidad horaria, salvo algún trasnoche que otro que utilizaré para estar en contacto con vosotros e iros aumentando la información de esta sección personal, pues en las otras os iremos manteniendo informados continuamente gracias a mis imprescindibles colaboradores/as.
NOE TRAINERS (“NT”)
Esta sería la denominación profesional que tomarían mis servicios, Noé como Entrenador Personal, que en principio compartí con mi compañero Andrés, quien me acompañó en aquellos primeros momentos de mucha ilusión y exceso de desgaste emocional y horas de trabajo, contando con que mucha gente, tanto de nuestro sector de la actividad física y gimnasios, así como de ayuntamientos, asociaciones, centros de mayores, etc, verían tan bien como nosotros los servicios novedosos y “visionarios” de alta calidad que proponíamos con una gran ilusión y no menos inversión de horas de trabajo y preparación de proyectos, presupuestos, llamadas, contactos y reuniones, que hicieron que durante 3 meses aproximadamente de Septiembre a Diciembre de 2001, viviéramos casi exclusivamente para sacar adelante aquel SAFEPI (Servicio de Actividad Física Personalizada e Individualizada).
Estoy convencido que muchos no entendieron nuestras propuestas, otros no quisieron o mejor dicho no pudieron entenderlas, pensando quizás “lo ingenuos que eran aquellos dos chavales que por ser Licenciados en Inef, parece que van solucionar el mundo”. Esto seguro que no, pero con el tiempo se verían los resultados de aquellas hasta el momento “visiones”, y simplemente estábamos, yo principalmente, convencido de que a todo esto había que darle “una vuelta de rosca” grande para dedicarse a nuestra profesión ofreciendo algo nuevo, más personal y motivante, con mucha más calidad profesional, lo que estaba seguro que realizado con la máxima convicción, empeño, sacrificio y paciencia, tendría el éxito garantizado.
Los primeros pasos como Entrenador Personal fueron con algún caso puntual en el año 2001 y principalmente en el año 2002 y 2003, combinando mis tareas profesionales de monitor de gimnasio y piscina, así como la de Preparador Físico del equipo de Fútbol Sala Femenino Valdetires-Meirás de División de Honor, con la de Entrenador Personal autónomo o “freelance” entre horas.
Estas últimas irían aumentando progresivamente y los casos se iban consolidando con varios “domicilios” principalmente como totalmente estables, casi todos los cuales aún siguen en la actualidad acudiendo al Studio y con los que mantengo un cariño, amistad, respeto y agradecimiento muy especial, pues hubo algún año de los que mi labor profesional con diversos avatares y vaivenes llegaron a depender en muchos momentos de ellos.
Estos primeros casos que llevaría adelante como Entrenador Personal servirían para mostrarme y hacerme ver claramente el camino que quería seguir como labor profesional, demostrado de forma que con el progresivo aumento de personas entrenadas de forma individual, iría dejando las otras ocupaciones hasta en 2004 dedicarme en exclusiva a esta labor personalizada desplazándome a domicilios, instalaciones (piscinas, gimnasios, pista de atletismo) y zonas exteriores como los Paseos de Caranza, La Malata, Jubia, Riazor, Inef, Bastiagueiro y Pinar de Doniños, y allí donde hubiera que desplazarse para realizar una sesión de EP (Entrenamiento Personal en adelante), con las limitaciones lógicas de material y equipamiento, pero principalmente con grandes desventajas temporales de los continuos desplazamientos de un lugar para otro durante varios años.
Esta dinámica de “Entrenador Personal Nómada” se mantendría en constante aumento hasta Junio del 2006, llegando a tener unos 15 casos y unas 30 sesiones de EP semanales con sus respectivos desplazamientos, lo que generaba un enorme desgaste y no toda la satisfacción que debiera. A partir de este momento iniciaría la fase en el Studio, aunque durante su preparación (Ago-06 a Sep-06) y los primeros meses de apertura de Studio, mi labor como Noe Trainers fuera de él la mantendría pero sólo esa primera temporada 2006-2007, siendo después incapaz materialmente de poder continuar con ella personalmente pues mis responsabilidades y dependencia del Studio eran muy grandes.
Esta fase previa a tener el Studio fue muy intensa y tengo muy buen recuerdo de ella, pues acabé de formarme sólo teórica con muchos cursos por toda España, sino sobretodo de forma práctica en el contacto con cada persona, exprimiendo todas mis capacidades de adaptación continua individual para poder ver y atender a las necesidades cambiantes, lograr mantener la motivación, trabajo constante, y por supuesto ayudarle a mejorar a nivel físico, mental y emocional de cada persona entrenada.
Sin esta fase inicial el éxito posterior de mi labor en el Studio estaría muy comprometido, llevaría una trayectoria muchísimo más lenta o quizás ni existiría, por lo que esta fase está llena de momentos que me ayudaron enormemente a hacerme un verdadero profesional del Entrenamiento Personal, y a convencerme de que esto sería a lo que me querría dedicarme el resto de mi vida profesional, con sus ventajas y desventajas, como todo.
NOE TRAINERS STUDIO (“NTS”)
En un curso de formación de Entrenamiento Personal realizado en Santiago en Octubre de 2005, “fortuitamente” (“nunca hay nada que se produzca por casualidad”, como suelo afirmar) conocí la experiencia en primera persona de Alex, que llevaba 3 años con su Studio de EP en Sitges y que expuso perfectamente justo y exactamente lo que yo llevaba tiempo pensando. Al verlo realizado con gran éxito, desde ese momento me centré en buscar un lugar para ubicar el centro y hacerlo realidad.
Fue entonces cuando tuvimos un periodo en el que con mi compañero Camilo, teníamos la intención, y así lo intentamos durante unos meses, de establecernos en un espacio y proyecto común, aunque por las demoras continuas y sobretodo por los diferentes ritmos profesionales, hizo que me animase a lanzarme en solitario en cuanto me surgiera la oportunidad.
Es así como un día de Junio de 2006, hace ahora ya 3 años, de paso por el centro y en concreto en la Calle del Sol, en pleno desplazamiento para realizar una sesión al domicilio de uno de mis entrenados en la misma calle, surge la llamada a un teléfono de SE ALQUILA de un bajo que por ubicación parece muy bueno y justo de dimensiones. Aparece así la oportunidad de asentarse en un centro que llevaba un tiempo buscando, pequeño, acogedor y propio.
No lo dudé, lo vi claro y en un corto pero muy intenso espacio de tiempo (Julio a Septiembre de 2006), hice los trámites e instalamos el Studio actual sito en C/ Sol nº 5 Bajo Izq., un logro fruto del enorme trabajo de muchos a los que agradecer su inestimable esfuerzo como son mi familia gran parte de la cual participó activamente en las obras y la otra sobretodo mi mujer y mi hija, soportando en aquel entonces los ires y venires constantes y la gran ocupación de tiempo de trabajo que esos meses requerían. También de agradecer a los muchos colaboradores y personas contratadas para el acondicionamiento del local, que cumplieron con su cometido perfectamente, fue un verano muy intenso casi sin tiempo para nada, sólo para trabajar para preparar el Studio. Esfuerzo muy merecido por todos.
Así fue como a mediados de ese fantástico mes de Octubre de 2006, estrenamos el NOE TRAINERS STUDIO, iniciando la actividad con muchas de las personas a las que acudía a domicilio, y un grupo en inicio no muy numeroso pero interesante de personas que se fue interesando por los servicios novedosos del Studio en esos días previos y ya comenzaron en esa segunda quincena de Octubre, siendo el mes de Noviembre de 2006, el primero que realizamos de forma completa.

En esta última fase, con la creación de esta web, pretendemos que además de la labor desempeñada en el Studio (NTS) y fuera de él por mis colaboradores (NT), se cree una COMUNIDAD VIRTUAL en la que se informe, opine, sugiera y sirva como punto de encuentro para todas las personas que acuden o lo han hecho en algún momento al Studio, han entrenado con Noé en algún momento, lo conocen, o incluso cualquier persona que le interese saber cómo y qué hacemos en nuestro centro y fuera de él, así como opinar e informarse de alguna las secciones que poco a poco iremos incluyendo, muy interesantes relacionadas con el entrenamiento, la salud, la nutrición, las lesiones, consejos prácticos, y un largo etcétera que esperamos conviertan nuestra Comunidad en lo más amplia, participativa y formativa posible.
