1.- Carrera ½ Maratón “Volta a Ría Ferrol-Trofeo Adolfo Ros” (12-12-2010)
En esta buena mañana de domingo, realizamos una buena carrera en nuestra ciudad, saliendo este año la media maratón desde Ferrol, nuestro municipio y todavía más, con la salida desde delante del Hotel Almirante junto a la Plaza de España, es decir a escasos 50 m de nuestro Studio.
Tras un calentamiento breve, quizás uno de los primeros errores propios, los participantes del Studio, Inés, Manel, Tomás y Noé, realizaron una buena carrera con tiempos en algunos casos aceptables, en otros muy buenos y en otros simplemente carentes de importancia.
De los 644 atletas llegados en categoría absoluta, llegaría en primer lugar Manel en el puesto nº 162 y con un tiempo real de 1h 28’33’’en segundo lugar Tomás en el puesto nº 224, 1h31’41’’, mientras que Noé, después de unos 12 primeros kilómetros demasiado rápidos, sufriría mucho en los últimos 5 km desde Fene hasta meta con varias hipoglucemias que hicieron peligrar en varios momentos su finalización y que obligaron a varias paradas en este tramo a caminar, pero finalizando en el puesto nº 440 con un tiempo de 1h 41’54’’. Ambos llegarían exhaustos a meta como lo demuestran las siguientes instantáneas de su llegada:
Es así como en esta edición de nuestra media maratón, los 3 representantes del Studio defendieron lo mejor posible su participación, haciendo destacar sobretodo el gran papel desempeñado por Manel quien alcanzó un gran tiempo en su primera media maratón, sin lugar a duda gracias a unas buenas condiciones físicas iniciales y sobretodo a una preparación inteligente y constante en todos sus entrenos de las semanas previas a la prueba. Así lo demuestra la siguiente foto de un correr ligero en su llegada a meta, cual “galgo” en plena carrera, sin segundas por el mote sino por el contrario demostrando soltura y velocidad en su correr hasta el final, sólo queda decirle ¡¡¡ FELICIDADES MANEL POR EL CARRERÓN !!!
2- Carrera Ares-Mugardos (26-12-2010)
En este domingo día después del festivo de Navidad, algunos valientes nos dispusimos a reponer nuestros organismos con una buena carrerita de 10 km en recorrido de ida y vuelta entre estas dos localidades de nuestra comarca, siendo en esta edición la salida y llegada en Ares, con el ya tradicional gorro de Papa Noé de los participantes, bueno de algunos…
Con un frío parece ser que más que palpable de unos 0-2º, varios representantes de nuestro Studio tomaron parte en dicho evento, serían Manel e Inés, ya que casi en el tiempo de calentamiento y a punto de aparcar en Ares, un imprevisto familiar obligaría a Noé a renunciar a su participación y emprender vuelta a casa, por suerte con un contratiempo urgente pero no grave posteriormente. Aquí vemos a Manel en su sprint final:
Tanto Manel como Inés harían un gran papel, ya que tanto Inés con un comentado sprint final con otro competidor hasta ganarle en la línea de meta, así como el gran ritmo y tiempos desempeñados por la “liebre” Manel, culminarían una gran participación de ambos en esta entrañable y recomendada carrera de nuestra comarca, esperamos estar todos en la próxima edición.
3- Kedada especial “San Silvestre NTS” (31-12-2010)
En este último día del año, y a petición de muchos de los habituales de esta entrañable cita anual en la mañana del último día del año para despedirlo en compañía de los amigos y compañeros del studio de una forma saludable y entrañable.
En esta ocasión se presentarían en el punto de partida a las 8:00 de la mañana, Vicente, Claudio, Fran, Consuelo, Alejandro y Noé, quienes harían un cómodo recorrido desde el Studio hasta Caranza, por el paseo de la Avda. del Mar, y vuelta por Esteiro, realizando la mayor parte del recorrido de la próxima carrera de San Julián, sobre unos 8-9km totales y una duración aproximada de unos 50-55 min.
Al finalizar realizamos la foto oficial frente a nuestro Studio, convirtiéndose ya en un clásico anual en el que esperamos cada año se nos vayan uniendo más participantes.
A continuación y para celebrar el esfuerzo realizado, recuperar fuerza y felicitarnos todos el año mutuamente, fuimos a tomar el chocolate con churros a la “Cafetería Cafetto” con nuestro amigo y compañero Jorge, quien nos invitó a un magnífico chocolate a cada uno con una surtida bandeja de churos recién hechos, recomendado a cualquiera para un buen desayuno en compañía de una ambiente y una atención muy familiar y agradable. Fue en ese momento cuando con un buen “brindis” de chocolates, nos felicitamos el año que unas horas estábamos a punto de estrenar, buen evento del que disfrutamos todos y que recomendamos de verdad.
